Honghu Farm in Guangdong Province Reclamation Area of Guangdong Province, there was once a serious “three more” phenomenon: First, more and more retired workers; second is out of school young people are not willing to contract positions in the farm more and more; three It is because more and more people are leaving their job to go out to work. The reason why this phenomenon occurs is that some workers think that “the farm is poor, its income is low, it is too hard to dig a hill every day.” Others think: “farm in the ravine, life-long nothing.” Hundreds of workers escaped from production posts and went to work in cities such as Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hainan and Guangxi. The emergence of “three mores” has posed a severe challenge to Hongming Farm in developing its agricultural economy.
