在黄台电厂四期工程中,输灰工作采用了管束方案;输灰管(束)穿越黄河时采用了“爆破振冲液化沉管法”。文章简介了穿越工程的概况、管(束)的结构选型和结构计算。另外,文中较详细地阐述了爆破振冲液化沉管法使输灰管(束)穿越黄河的具体内容及步骤。实践证明了输灰管(束)的结构设计是合理的、爆破振冲液化沉管法是完全适用于黄河中下游管道穿越工程的。该施工方法既保证了穿越黄河的设计埋深标准又可节省大量资金,具有明显的经济效益。
In the fourth stage project of Huangtai Power Plant, the pipe harness scheme was adopted for the ash transportation work; and the blasting vibrating liquefied immersion pipe method was adopted when the ash conveying pipe (beam) crossed the Yellow River. The article introduces the general situation of crossing engineering, pipe (beam) structure selection and structural calculation. In addition, the paper described in more detail the blasting vibration liquefied immersion pipe method so that ash pipe (beam) through the Yellow River, the specific content and steps. Practice has proved that the structural design of the ash conveying pipe (beam) is reasonable, and the blasting vibrating liquefying immersed pipe method is completely applicable to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River. The construction method not only ensures that the design depth across the Yellow River can save a lot of money, and has obvious economic benefits.
