IgA nephropathy accounts for 18% of primary nephropathy, whereas 60% IgA nephropathy manifests as recurrent gross hematuria. Episodic hematuria often occurs at the same time or after angina or strenuous exercise. This article reports a case of IgA nephropathy, whose gross hematuria is closely related to mastitis. 32-year-old female, has a history of four years of microscopic hematuria. The initial hematuria was found in the urine of the last pregnancy. She had mastitis four times in succession, manifested as fever and breast pain, accompanied by bilateral lumbar dull pain, gross hematuria in the next 12 hours. Use antibiotics every time
