目的调查分析2013年丰县水痘疫情流行特征。方法采用报告数据,应用描述流行病学方法对2013年丰县水痘疫情进行分析。结果 2013年丰县共报告水痘243例,年报告发病率为20.55/10万;1月和5、6月发病较多,但在9、10月发病相对比较少;全县14个乡镇城欢口镇发病率最高;在5~19岁发病年龄比较集中岁,患者以学生为主,男女发病性别比为1∶0.8。结论当前,水痘已经危害了丰县学生的身体健康,并对学校正常教学秩序产生一定影响。
Objective To investigate and analyze the epidemic characteristics of chickenpox in Fengxian County in 2013. Methods The report data was used to describe epidemic situation of chickenpox in Fengxian County in 2013 by using descriptive epidemiological method. Results In 2013, a total of 243 cases of chickenpox were reported in Fengxian County, with an annual incidence of 20.55 / 100 000. There were more incidences in January and May and June, but less incidence in September and October. The highest incidence in the town; age of onset in the age of 5 to 19 years of age is more concentrated, the patient-based students, male to female sex ratio was 1:0.8. Conclusions At present, chickenpox has endanger the health of students in Fengxian County and has some impact on the normal teaching order in schools.
