在当今网络时代,出现了公共政策合法性供给机制的“广场化”转向。然而,受公共领域尚不成熟、公民性品格缺失等因素的作用和影响,导致网络“广场”上的标签化、极端化、非理性化等风气盛行,严重影响了中国公共空间的品质,使得公共政策合法性供给机制的正常功能难以有效发挥。事实表明,只有加强公民社会建设,才能建立起良好的公共政策合法性供给机制,从而推进法治国家建设的转向和法治秩序的形成。
In today’s Internet age, there has been a shift in the mechanism of the supply of public policy legitimacy. However, due to the influence and immaturity of the public sphere and lack of civic character, the prevalence of labeling, extremism and irrationality on the network has seriously affected the quality of public space in China , Making the normal function of public policy supply mechanism difficult to effectively play.
