“双证融通”人才培养模式要求能够做到毕业生到岗就能上岗、上岗就能顶岗。相应地,课程考核评价必须以职业能力的培养为目标。首先分析了“双证融通”模式下基于职业能力培养的课程考核评价要求与评价原则;阐述了“双证融通”模式下基于职业能力培养的课程考核评价内容与评价方式;最后以《医药仓储与配送管理实务》为例,详细说明了课程考核评价的具体做法。研究认为,“双证融通”模式下的课程考核评价应与职业资格的鉴定结果有效衔接,实行形成性评价与终极性评价的有机结合,并要做到评价主体和评价内容的多元化。
