近年来,信息通信技术以日新月异的速度飞快发展,给人们的工作和生活中的方方面面都带来了极大的转变。现阶段,我国在积极进行社会主义现代化建设的过程中,各个领域都在积极应用信息通信技术,极大的提升了工作效率和质量。而这一过程中,由于多个领域当中的信息通信技术的渗透,也推动了我国信息化的发展,在这种情况下,本文从信息通信技术含义入手,从快速的信息基础设施建设和教育信息化水平提升两个角度出发展开了对中国的信息化的探讨。
