随着我国市场经济的发展,建筑行业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。近期,我国加大了对房地产市场的调控力度,建筑企业的成本管理变得越发重要,建筑企业要对项目成本进行全方位的动态控制。本文介绍了建筑企业项目成本管理的主要内容,在分析当前存在的问题上提出了成本管理的对策。
With the development of market economy in our country, the construction industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy. Recently, China has stepped up the regulation and control of the real estate market. The cost management of construction enterprises has become more and more important. Construction companies need to carry out all-round dynamic control of project costs. This paper introduces the main content of project cost management in construction enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures of cost management on the analysis of the existing problems.
