舌系带过短主要表现是舌前伸、上卷受限,影响某些音素的准确发音。因而需行舌系带延长术以矫正之。通常的方法是用手术刀横行切断舌系带,形成菱形创面,然后纵行缝合切口,根据实践对此术略作改进。现将手术方法步骤介绍如下。 1.钳夹舌系带。用两把直蚊式止血钳并行钳夹舌系带,使止血钳尽量贴紧舌腹面,钳尖达系带根部。 2.切开。用手术刀在两钳间切开舌系带达系带根部。切开后两钳上下分开。
