词汇是英语学习的基石,对于大学生而言同样如此。大学英语四六级考试也对学生的词汇量有一个基本的要求,这说明大学生在英语学习中词汇学习仍然是关键的一环。教师在课堂中如何引导学生利用有限的时间记忆并掌握更多的单词是必要的,尤其对基础较薄弱的专科生来说显得格外重要。本文根据笔者的教学经验,主要从四个方面探讨词汇的导入方法,即故事情节法、问题法、话题分类法、翻译法,从而展开单词的学习和巩固运用。词汇导入是进行词汇教学的首要一步,因此有效的导入显得至关重要。
Vocabulary is the cornerstone of English learning, the same for college students. CET exams also have a basic requirement on the vocabulary of students, indicating that college students’ vocabulary learning in English learning is still a key part. It is necessary for teachers how to guide students to use their limited time to remember and grasp more words in the classroom, especially for undergraduates with weak foundation. Based on the author’s teaching experience, this article explores the method of introducing words from four aspects, namely story plot method, question method, topic classification method and translation method, so as to start learning and consolidating the use of words. Vocabulary import is the first step in vocabulary teaching, so effective import is crucial.
