大岩桐(Sinningia speciosa Benth & Hook)为美丽的盆栽花卉,品种多,观赏价值高。大岩桐主要靠种子繁殖,由于种子小,易失去发芽力,故繁殖率很低。为此,我们进行了近两年的探索,现已基本掌握试管大量增殖大岩桐的程序,初步达到商业性生产的要求。两年共移栽成活3200多盆,首批于1988年5月30日移栽成活的97盆试管苗,同年9月中旬每盆出现3～4个白色花蕾,10月前后开花,花径达6～7厘米,具有商品价值。
Sinningia speciosa Benth & Hook is a beautiful potted flower with many varieties and high ornamental value. Eurasian mainly relies on seed breeding, due to the small seeds, easy to lose germination, so the reproduction rate is very low. To this end, we conducted the exploration in the past two years, and now we have basically mastered the program of large-scale multiplication of Sinoraid in vitro and initially reached the requirements of commercial production. In 2002, a total of more than 3200 pots were transplanted, the first batch of 97 potted plantlets transplanted alive on May 30, 1988, and 3 to 4 white buds per pot in mid-September of the same year. 6 ~ 7 cm, with commercial value.
