为了坚持依法治税,加强发票管理,严厉打击各种利用发票偷逃税款的行为,鼓励消费者购物索要发票,协助国税机关对使用发票情况进行监督,以达到公平税负,平等竞争,维护正常的经济秩序和消费者的合法权益,保障国家税收的目的,甘肃省国家税务局决定从今年7月1日起在全省范围内开展普通发票抽奖活动和举报违法票据奖励活动。现将有关事宜通告如下:
