本文报告了自固化磷酸钙（CPC）人工骨的遗传毒性试验结果。试验采用了3种短期测试试验，项目包括Ames试验、微核试验及UDS试验。结果表明，CPC浸出液对体细胞的遗传物质无损害作用，无致基因突变的作用。由此可见，CPC具有良好的生物相容性，适合于作为体内植入材料。
This article reports the results of a genotoxicity assay of self-curing calcium phosphate (CPC) artificial bone. Three types of short-term test were used in the test. The project included Ames test, micronucleus test and UDS test. The results show that, CPC leachate on the somatic cell genetic material without damaging role, without causing mutations in the role. Thus, CPC has good biocompatibility, suitable as an implant material in vivo.
