领导价值问题是领导活动的本质,面对新发展理念的时代要求,领导目的和目标追求应围绕人民本位的社会发展需要;领导价值取向应符合最广大人民的根本利益,实现人的全面发展;领导价值传递应把社会正向价值传递放在首位,让社会评价更准确、客观地反映领导活动真正的价值存在。
The issue of leading value is the essence of leading activities. In the face of the requirements of the times of the new development concept, the goal of leadership and the pursuit of goals should focus on the needs of social development of the people. The leading value orientation should meet the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and realize the all-round development of people. The transfer of the value of leadership should give priority to the transfer of positive social values so that the social evaluation can reflect the true value existence of the leading activities more accurately and objectively.
