我厂高温盐浴炉的温度测量,原采用全辐射高温计与指示毫伏计配合方式。温度显示误差大,灵敏度低,不能进行自动控温,并且校验困难,直接影响产品生产。为解决高温盐炉温度测量问题,我厂与宁夏计量研究所等单位合作,研制成功了简易插入式光电高温计,迄今为止已连续使用十年,效果良好。 1.结构原理插入式光电高温计的结构如图1所示。采用透镜式辐射亮度测定法,被测物经物镜在硅光电池上成象,输出与测定亮度相应的
