Microchip Technology Inc. today introduced the TC1303 / TC1304 and TC1313 family of power management integrated circuits that integrate a 500mA synchronous buck switching regulator, a 300mA LDO regulator, and voltage-normal indication Single-chip solution. Five new devices have the advantages of low power and low cost in a variety of battery-powered systems and dual output voltage systems.
