1 一般资料rn30例ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎患者均来自贵阳中医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科门诊.年龄20岁-55岁,平均年龄32.9岁;病程5月-3年,平均病程为11.5个月.诊断标准参照中国泌尿外科疾病诊断治疗指南(2007版):临床症状主要表现为盆腔区域的疼痛不适至少3个月、排尿异常和性功能紊乱;NIH-CPSI评分;肛门指检前列前腺大小多正常,表面可有不平,或有轻压痛;实验室检查前列腺液常规(EPS)WBC>10个/HP.其中,NIH-CPSI症状评分:将疼痛不适症状和排尿症状评分两项相加积分在0-31;对生活质量的影响评分总分在0-12;总积分范围在0-43,总积分越高,患者的临床症状或病情越重.30例ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎患者轻症者14人,中度者10人,重度者6人.
