大庆市现有职业高中(独立设校)15所,附设职业班40处,在校学生7791人。从调查的情况来看,我市的职业高中发展速度较快,也摸索出了一些经验,但与国家教委的要求,还有一定的差距,还存在着一些亟待解决的问题,主要是: 1、一些同志对职业技术教育的重要性认识不足,对存在的问题研究不够。从我们调查中了解到,一些同志还没有从思想上认识到职业技术教育的地位和作用,有的单位办学存在一定的盲目性。主要表现在:一是一些同志存在着鄙薄职业技术教育的观念,认为职业高中大多是“双差生”、“四类苗子”,培养不出什
