当前,我国经济发展到了一个重要的历史节点,经济结构的转型升级客观需要经济政策的调整转变,即由产业政策为主导向由竞争政策为主导转变。价格监管和反垄断工作作为维护市场机制、加强事中事后监管的重要组成部分,承担的任务越来越重。经济体制改革、供给侧结构性改革、“放管服”改革等一系列改革措施,都需要价格监管和反垄断工作发挥应有的作用。因此,在新的时代背景下谋划和做好价格监管和反垄断工作,是我们面临的一项重要任务。今年初,价监局明确了做好价格监管和反垄断工作的总体思路:深入贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神,全面落实中央经济工作会议和发展改革工作会议精神,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,紧紧围绕服务经济发展
At present, our country’s economy has developed into an important historical node. The objective transformation and upgrading of the economic structure requires the adjustment and transformation of economic policies, that is, the industrial policy is the dominant one and the competition policy is the dominant one. Price regulation and antitrust work as an important part of safeguarding the market mechanism and strengthening the after-the-fact supervision of the matter take on an increasingly heavy task. A series of reform measures, such as economic structural reform, supply-side structural reform and “liberalization and service reform,” all require price regulation and antitrust work to play their due roles. Therefore, it is an important task for us to plan and do a good job in price regulation and antitrust in the new era. Earlier this year, the SAFE made clear the general idea of price supervision and antitrust work: thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, fully implement the central economic work Meeting and development and reform work conference, adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, closely focus on service economic development
