市人民政府决定对《上海市电信业务经营管理办法》作如下修改: 一、第二十八条修改为: 用户有下列情形之一的,电信业务经营者可要求其限期改正,逾期不改正的,可中止提供电信服务: (一)使用的通信设备不具备邮电部或者市邮电管理局颁发的进网证明; (二)拖延支付或者拒付电信费用; (三)利用电信进行危害国家安全、妨碍社会治安或者损害他人合法权益的活动;
The Municipal People’s Government has decided to make the following changes to the Measures for the Administration of Telecommunications Business in Shanghai: 1. Article 28 is amended as follows: If a user has any of the following circumstances, the operator of the telecommunications business may require it to be rectified within a prescribed period of time and overdue , May suspend the provision of telecommunications services: (1) the communications equipment used does not possess the network entrance certification issued by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications or the municipal post and telecommunications authority; (2) the delay payment or refusal of telecommunications fees; (3) the use of telecommunications for endangering national security, Obstructing public order or damaging the legitimate rights and interests of others;
