珠海市产权交易中心“公开竞价”的产权交易方式,是参照招投标和拍卖方法,以最优价为优先指标,从多个符合条件的受让方中选择最后受让方的竞价交易方式。截止至2005年,珠海市产权交易中心“公开竞价”转让国有资产238项,增值2．4亿元,平均增值约31．2％,最高增值达5．2倍。

As of 2005, Zhuhai Property and Exchange Center “open auction” 238 state-owned assets transferred, the added value of 240 million yuan, the average added value of about 31.2%, the highest value-added up to 5.2 times.
