珠海市产权交易中心“公开竞价”的产权交易方式,是参照招投标和拍卖方法,以最优价为优先指标,从多个符合条件的受让方中选择最后受让方的竞价交易方式。截止至2005年,珠海市产权交易中心“公开竞价”转让国有资产238项,增值2.4亿元,平均增值约31.2%,最高增值达5.2倍。
