我们在这篇文章中把陈明哲教授(2016)关于学术创业的理论框架推广到对学术创新的讨论中。我们认为管理学者在把握学术创新原属领域研究的基础上,可以通过积极主动地进行差异化、资源利用和合法性构建三个相互影响的过程来提高自己的学术创新被顶级期刊接收发表的概率。另外,我们认为在这个过程中,一定要明确自己的目标观众,使用能够被他们所理解并接受的语言和方式(方法)把自己的创新(差异化)呈现给他们,并且积极利用原属领域的顶尖研究者作为合作者和支持者来帮助自己为创新构建合法性。
In this article, we extend Professor Chen’s (2016) theoretical framework on academic entrepreneurship to discussing academic innovation. We think that on the basis of grasping the research field of academic innovation, management scholars can improve the probability that their academic innovation is accepted and published by the top journals through three mutually influential processes such as differentiation, resource utilization and legitimacy construction . In addition, we believe that in the process, we must make sure our target audiences present their innovations (differentiation) to them in a language and manner (method) that can be understood and accepted by them and actively utilize their original field Top researchers as collaborators and backers to help build legitimacy for innovation.
