2008年美国金融危机爆发,各国政府纷纷出台了救市计划,人们刚刚看到经济好转的曙光,但近期欧债危机又如黑云压顶般笼罩着世界各地。由于欧美国家需求减缓,中国国内投资增速下降,中国经济发展面临着很大的不确定性。在如同“过山车”般的外部环境挟持下,众多企业经营不得不紧绷神经。巴菲特说得好:“只有当潮水退去的时候,才知道谁在裸泳。”
In the wake of the U.S. financial crisis in 2008, governments of all countries have released a rescue plan. People just saw the dawn of economic improvement. However, the recent European debt crisis is also overwhelmingly enveloped all over the world. Due to the slowdown in demand in Europe and the United States, the growth rate of domestic investment in China is declining. China’s economic development is facing great uncertainty. In the same “roller coaster” like the external environment hostage, many enterprises have to nervously nervous. Buffett put it well: “Only when the tide receded, who knows who is swimming naked.”
