用羟胺发色法测定30例镉作业工人红细胞(RBC)溶血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并用PEMS2.1统计软件作RBC SOD活性与血镉、尿镉浓度的相关分析,结果表明,镉作业工人RBC SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且RBC SOD与血镉浓度呈一定负相关。提示:镉可能通过某种机制抑制或减弱了RBC DOS活性,加剧了超氧自由基对RBC的损害。
The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was measured by hydroxylamine colorimetry in hemolysis of 30 red blood cells (RBC) of workers exposed to cadmium. The correlation analysis between RBC SOD activity and blood cadmium and urine cadmium concentration was made by PEMS2.1 statistical software. , RBC SOD activity of cadmium workers was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), and RBC SOD was negatively correlated with serum cadmium concentration. It is suggested that cadmium may inhibit or weaken the activity of RBC DOS by some mechanism and aggravate the damage of RBC by superoxide radical.
