目的:测定山西安泽青翘与老翘的氨基酸组分和微量元素的含量,对其营养价值进行比较、评价,为综合开发、合理利用青翘与老翘资源提供依据。方法:采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定氨基酸组分,采用原子吸收法测定Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Pb。结果:测得青翘与老翘均含有17种氨基酸,总含量分别为6.54%,5.27%,人体必需氨基酸总量分别为2.57%,2.10%。青翘与老翘均含有Ca,Fe,Zn和Cu微量元素,其中Ca的含量分别为2 380,3 408μg·g-1;Fe的含量分别为188,298μg·g-1;Pb的含量均<5.0μg·g-1。结论:山西安泽青翘与老翘含有种类一致的较丰富的氨基酸和微量元素,均为营养价值丰富的保健及药用原料,且青翘氨基酸含量优于老翘,老翘微量元素含量高于青翘。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of amino acids and trace elements in the leaves of AQiao and Laoqia in Shanxi and to compare and evaluate the nutritional value of them. It provides the basis for the comprehensive development and reasonable utilization of the resources of AQ and Alice. Methods: Amino acid composition was determined by automatic amino acid analyzer. Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu and Pb were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The contents of 17 kinds of amino acids were found in both Qiao and Laoqiao, with the total contents of 6.54% and 5.27%, respectively. The total amount of essential amino acids in human body were 2.57% and 2.10% respectively. The contents of Ca, Ca, Fe, Zn and Cu in Caotai and Laoqiao were all in the range of 2 380 and 3 408 μg · g-1, respectively. The content of Fe was 188 and 298 μg · g- 5.0 μg · g -1. CONCLUSION: There are rich amino acids and trace elements in the species of AnQiao and LaoQiao, both of which are health and medicinal materials with abundant nutritive value. And the content of AQA is superior to that of LaoQiao and LaoQiao. Yu Qiao.
