自从2006年6月份“小超人”李泽楷公布将出售其拥有的电盈(香港最大通信服务供应商)后,围绕电盈股份收购的消息不时传出。2006年11月30日,电盈母公司盈拓股东大会投票,76%小股东投了反对票,否决了卖给李嘉诚在内的收购方,李泽楷策反成功。自从李嘉诚通过旗下基金出手援助后,媒体报道李泽楷对父亲插手收购案不满(《李嘉诚、李泽楷父子恩怨记》,“商业”,2007年1月20日)。
