安全管理是企业发展的基础和保障,做好安全管理工作是一项艰巨、复杂、长期、系统的工程。想要做好国有企业安全管理工作,就需要认真贯彻落实中共中央、国务院决策部署的“深化安全生产监管体制改革,建立隐患排查治理体系和安全预防控制体系,遏制重特大安全事故”的要求,积极履行企业安全主体责任和社会责任,执行法律、法规对安全管理的规定,结合企业实际,建立符合集团实际的、科学实用的安全管理模式,以提升安全管理的工作质量和效率。
