Benzene is a Class I chemical carcinogen. Can cause a variety of blood diseases, such as aplastic anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma and so on. With the development of industry, benzene is widely used as an organic solvent. It is estimated that there are currently more than 500,000 workers in our country who are exposed to benzene or benzene mixtures at present. It is more difficult for non-occupational workers exposed to low-concentration benzene to statistics. Therefore, the biological monitoring of benzene exposure is an important part of occupational disease prevention, which is of great significance. Benzene is absorbed by the liver microsomal cytochrome oxygen
