目的分析睢县2008年度自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作开展情况以及成果,为全球基金艾滋病项目VCT工作提供参考意见。方法对到我县16个咨询点上咨询的求询者提供检测前咨询、检测、和检测后咨询的所有资料整理进行分析。结果 1629人次的求询者中1356人进行了HIV检测,发现49人阳性,阳性率为3.6%。结论因地制宜开展自愿咨询检测是艾防工作的基础,能及早发现HIV感染者从而减少相关高危行为的发生,对社会的稳定,家庭的和谐有着重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the situation and achievements of the work of volunteer counseling and testing (VCT) in Pixian County in 2008 and provide reference for VCT work of HIV / AIDS in Global Fund. Methods To 16 counties in our consultation on the inquiry to provide pre-test counseling, testing, testing and counseling after all the information sorting for analysis. Results Among the 1629 inquires, 1356 were tested for HIV, and 49 were positive with a positive rate of 3.6%. Conclusions Voluntary counseling and testing according to local conditions is the basis of Ai-Fang work. Early detection of HIV-infected persons can reduce the occurrence of related high-risk behaviors and is of great significance to social stability and family harmony.
