村妇代会主任述职大会是山东广饶县的一大特色。每逢年初,像大码头镇等乡镇街道都会组织村妇代会主任聚到一起,像话家常一般谈谈工作,谈谈生活。记者有幸参加了一次述职会,被这些淳朴的大姐们所感动。“鞋垫大妈”吴洪英66岁的吴洪英是屋子村的妇代会主任。1976年,吴洪英的表弟要去当兵,临走前,吴洪英送了表弟几双自己亲手缝制的鞋垫。后来,表弟写信告诉她,鞋垫很舒服,自己都舍不得穿,战友们也都很羡慕。自那以后,吴洪英开始了绣鞋垫。每年秋天,吴洪英都会把亲手绣的鞋垫通过县妇联寄给部队上的战士。吴洪英绣了40多年,现在她带动着村妇女一起绣鞋垫,她觉得自己的这点手艺活能给常年当兵在外的那些孩子们带去温暖,自己心里也暖暖的。随着时代的变迁,吴
