遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“尽量采用先进技术”的教导,我们在试制这台电焊机中,采用了以下几项先进技术:1.焊机的主变压器(次级绕组)、饱和电抗器、平衡电抗器和硅整流管均采用了水内冷技术。这不仅可节省大量铜及矽钢片等主要材料,同时使焊机的体积和重量大大减小(本机外形尺寸1150×640×1300,重量约1吨)。2.主回路采用“六相双反星形”(△/Y~(?))整流电路,这样可节约一半200A 的硅整流管,而且整流波形较好,直流成分增加,焊接电流更加稳定,进一步改善了焊接工艺的性能。
