《汉语拼音方案》采用的是拉丁字母。由于这套字母笔画简单,构形清楚,目前世界上有60多个国家几十个语种使用。拉丁字母是一套记音工具,不同语种都可以用它来记写自己语种的音素,为自己的语种服务。不能因此认为字母一样,读音就相同。将汉语拼音字母教读成英语字母读音,是完全错误的;将汉语拼音字母教读成汉语声母的呼读音,也是错误的。汉语拼音字母有它自己便于称呼的读音,叫做“名称音”。
“Hanyu Pinyin program” is the use of the Latin alphabet. As a result of this set of letters strokes simple, well-defined, the world has dozens of languages used in more than 60 countries.
