“费改税”,是国务院确定的今年改革的内容之一。“费改税”改革以其不可逆转的大趋势触动和改变着我国长期以来形成的“收费”经济,极大地震动和改变着运输管理事业及管理机构。认清“费改税”改革的客观必然性,顺应形势、主动改革,是当前各级运管机构的迫切任务。曾连续四年荣获“全省最佳运管所”称号的泽州县运管所,是如何面对新形势,经受“费改税”改革的呢?近日记者对该所进行了采访。
