领导干部收受钱物是吏治腐败的一个痼疾。四川省委书记张学忠,省委副书记、省纪委书记李崇禧多次痛斥领导干部收受钱物的歪风邪气。按照四川省委、省纪委的部署,纪检监察机关经过两年多深入的调研,出台了《关于严禁领导干部收送钱物的规定》,省委、省政府要求在全省范围内集中开展对领导干部收送钱物的专项治理,坚决遏制收送钱物的不良风气。为配合这次专项治理工作,本刊记者辗转成都、高坪、营山等地,对南充市高坪区原区委书记杨毓培收受巨额钱财案进行了独家采访,首次对这一大案进行全面报道。前车不远,覆辙可鉴。如何从中吸取教训,防微杜渐、警钟长鸣,是每一个党员干部、特别是领导干部应当认真思考的问题。
