2012年,注定是不平凡的一年。一系列重大决策出台,一大批资金项目上马,一组组温情数据耀眼,无不体现党和政府对民政事业的关怀,同时,也彰显我国民政事业的蓬勃发展。放眼回望,党的十六大以来,在党中央、国务院的正确指引下,我国民政事业实现了大发展、大跨越、大提升,是人民群众得到实惠最多的十年,也是民政工作成就巨大的十年。龙蛇交替舞,岁月又更新。在龙腾盛世的精彩中,我们迎来了充满希望的2013年。站在新起点,谋求新跨越。我们相信,不断健全的民生保障体系已经深深扎根我国经济社会发展的土壤,正以实际效能彰显“执政为民”的核心理念,
2012, destined to be an extraordinary year. A series of major decisions came into being. A large number of capital projects were launched.
