目的:研究重组人白细胞介素8(rhIL-8)动员小鼠外周造血干/祖细胞的生物学效应.方法:给BALB/c小鼠单剂量单次或联合注射IL-8和重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)后,分别观察小鼠外周白细胞计数、CFU-C等指标,在此基础上,给致死性辐照小鼠(接受7.5Gy~(60)Co-γ射线照射)经尾静脉回输2×10~6个上述动员的PBMNCs,无菌饲养12天后,取其外周血,观察外源性CFU-S数等指标,并取5×10~5骨髓MNCs(MMNCs)再次回输给第二组致死性辐照小鼠,观察其外周血中骨髓造血重建活性细胞(MRA)数.结果:给小鼠
