为了打捞断在钻孔超径部位的套管及钻杆，最近我们采用了“充填法”寻找套管上头以及用活动偏心割刀和水压偏心割刀“重新造头”打捞钻杆，取得了成效。现将两种方法分别介绍如下：一、钻具“充填法”寻找套管上头。ZKd20孔终孔后起拔φ74套管时，在179.59米坍塌超径处发生了套管断脱事故，孔内尚有85米套管找不到头。曾采用弯钻杆、下偏心楔等办法寻找上头，由于事故套管头倒向一边，加之又有坍塌物，费时20余天均不奏效。后来采用钻具“充填法”寻找，共充填两套粗径钻具，
