植物的生殖发育同生长锥的分化有直接关系。因此,研究生长锥和整个植物器官形成不同阶段中发生的生理生化过程,是有重要意义的。众所周知,上层叶片在谷类作物生殖器官的形成中起着重要的作用。为此,我们研究了不同产量水平的冬小麦品种在生殖器官形成的第Ⅴ-Ⅶ阶段中生长锥可溶性碳水化合物含量的变化,并测定上部叶片中这些代谢产物的含量。
The reproductive development of plants is directly related to the differentiation of growth cones. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the physiological and biochemical processes that occur in different stages of the growth cone and the whole plant organ. It is well-known that upper leaves play an important role in the formation of reproductive organs of cereals. To this end, we investigated the changes of soluble carbohydrate content in growing cones during stages V-VII of reproductive organs at different yield levels and determined the contents of these metabolites in the upper leaves.
