为查明机车车辆用牵引电动机的绝缘老化状态,一般采用绝缘电阻试验、tanδ试验等诊断方法。但由于试验时的温度、湿度对试验结果有很大影响,因而导致试验季节不同,结果也不相同,从而无法作出准确判断。为此,作者通过长期、大量的试验,提出了温度和湿度的定量修正指标。其次,作者通过对不同诊断方法的试验结果与绝缘破坏试验结果的相关性分析,确认了直流分量试验和tanδ试验可以较好地反映机车车辆用牵引电动机的绝缘老化。
In order to find out the insulation aging state of traction motors used in locomotives and vehicles, the diagnostic methods such as insulation resistance test and tanδ test are generally adopted. However, due to the test temperature and humidity on the test results have a significant impact, resulting in different test season, the results are not the same, which can not make accurate judgments. To this end, the author through long-term, a large number of tests, the temperature and humidity quantitative correction indicators. Secondly, the author analyzed the correlation between the test results of different diagnostic methods and the results of dielectric breakdown test, and confirmed that DC component test and tanδ test can well reflect the insulation aging of traction motor for rolling stock.
