目的:分析喹诺酮类药物在临床应用中不良反应及药物相互作用的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:查阅相关文献分析、归纳、总结多年来不良反应报告及药物相互作用,结果:喹诺酮类药物临床表现不良反应多,可累及人体多个系统。结论:临床医生在关注喹诺酮类药物作用的同时,应高度重视其不良反应,合理应用,提高用药安全性。
Objective: To analyze the adverse reactions of quinolones in clinical application and the interaction of drugs, so as to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.
