商业银行作为目前社会发展的重要组成部分,对我国的经济发展起到了良好的促进作用。相对而言,商业银行在绩效考核方面,并不能按照一般的原则来展开,应尽量将价值链分析作为绩效考核的基础,之后在融合一些其他有效的考核方式,从而完成全年或者季度的绩效考核。价值链分析与一般的分析手段不同,该种分析方法主要是从长远的角度出发,通过分析经济效益和社会效益,甚至是在市场份额上的分析,完成对商业银行的绩效考核工作。因此,将价值链分析作为商业银行绩效考核的基础,具有较大的积极意义,日后可深入研究与分析。
