目的 为对婴幼儿早期进行较准确的听力监测,并根据我国具体情况测出0~3岁各年龄段平均听力参考值常模.方法 利用PA_2自由场听力计分别于2000Hz、1000Hz、500Hz对2008名婴幼儿进行听力筛查.结果 实践证明该方法是一种准确性较高的检测手段(特异度99.47%,准确度94.62%).经Logistic分析低出生体重(<2500g)、高胆红素血症、孕早期病毒感染、缺氧窒息,耳毒性药物、噪声及过期产与婴幼儿听力障碍呈密切相关性(P<0.01).结论 根据我国 0~3岁年均听力参考值常模(PA_2),可利用PA_2自由场听力计半定量,筛查婴幼儿听力.
The aim is to measure the hearing of infants and young children in the early stage accurately and to get the average audition norm of every age range of 0 ~ 3 years according to the specific situation in our country.Methods The PA_2 free field audiometer was used to measure the hearing loss of 2000 Hz, 1000 Hz and 500 Hz respectively.
