目的:应用声光可调滤光器(AOTF)-近红外光谱技术和化学计量学方法建立用于六味地黄丸快速定性分析的新方法。方法:利用偏最小二乘(PLS)和主成分分析(PCA)2种方法进行定性鉴别分析。结果:采用PLS法建立的六味地黄丸预测模型,通过预测值和六味地黄丸临界值进行对比实现了对六味地黄丸的准确鉴别;采用PCA法建立了六味地黄丸预测模型,经表格显示和区域判别均可对六味地黄丸验证集和阴性对照品准确鉴别。结论:利用偏最小二乘(PLS)法和主成分分析(PCA)法建立的两种模型均可对六味地黄丸进行有效准确地鉴别分析。
Objective: To establish a new method for rapid qualitative analysis of Liuwei Dihuang Pills using acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF)-near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics methods. Methods: Two methods of partial least squares (PLS) and principal component analysis (PCA) were used for qualitative discriminant analysis. Results: The prediction model of Liuwei Dihuang Pill established by PLS method was used to compare the predicted value with the critical value of Liuwei Dihuang Pill. The accurate identification of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan was achieved. The prediction model of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan was established by PCA method. Distinguish can accurately identify Liuwei Dihuang Wan verification set and negative control. Conclusion: Both models established by partial least squares (PLS) method and principal component analysis (PCA) method can effectively and accurately discriminate Liuwei Dihuang Wan.
