近年来推行的医疗卫生体制改革给各家医院带来了发展机遇,同时也带来严峻的考验,这就要求各家医院不断加强自身内部管理,提高自主经营能力,以适应新形势竞争的需要。本文就目前医院财务管理方面存在的问题进行阐述,并提出改进建议。
In recent years, the reform of the medical and health system has brought development opportunities to various hospitals and also brought severe tests. This requires that hospitals continuously strengthen their own internal management and enhance their ability to conduct their own businesses so as to meet the needs of competition in the new situation . This article describes the current problems in hospital financial management and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
