经过30多年的发展,我国计算机产业经过大型机、中型机和小型机及微型计算机的研制和应用,如今又走到了一个新的历史关头。计算机产业的概念如今已经被信息产业所代替。广义的信息产业包括计算机、网络、信息和社会当中的人。驾驭全社会信息产业的发展,已经不再单单局限于技术因素,而是全社会的参与。但是在整个信息产业当中,计算机产业仍然起着统揽全局的决定性作用,所以信息产业的关键是计算机产业的发展。我国国民经济信息化建设已经揭开了帏幕。以“三金工程”为代表的一批面向全国、牵动社会的大型系统工程已经开始启动,我国社会对信息的需求正在急剧增长,计算机应用市场正在迅速扩大……中美签署市场准入协定,欧美放宽对高科技产品的出口限制,巴黎统筹委员会解散……
After more than 30 years of development, the computer industry in our country has reached a new historic moment after the development and application of mainframes, midsize computers, minicomputers and microcomputers.
