Ⅰ.尘肺赔偿中存在的问题作者指出主要有以下三个问题:(一)进行性尘肺呈不可逆变化,不仅粉尘结节,肺气肿也应属于不可逆性的。(二)因为尘肺是不可逆的,故更需早期采取预防和赔偿措施。在肺气肿等出现之前即支气管炎阶段,就该早期进行治疗,并付给医疗赔偿费。(三)鉴于因与尘肺有关的併发症和因其他疾病而死亡的范围应尽量扩大,所以不得不重新从根本上考虑目前的赔偿办法。
I. Problems in pneumoconiosis compensation The authors pointed out the following three main problems: (1) Progressive pneumoconiosis was irreversible changes, not only dust nodules, emphysema should also be irreversible. (B) Since pneumoconiosis is irreversible, preventive and compensatory measures need to be taken early. In the bronchitis stage before the emphysema and other emergencies, treatment should be conducted early and paid for medical compensation. (C) In view of the fact that the scope of the deaths due to complications related to pneumoconiosis and other diseases should be maximized, the current remedies have to be re-considered fundamentally.
