山东淄博善慈轩家政服务有限公司成立于2013年,是一家以居家养老事业为核心的家政服务企业。公司从创建那天起,就围绕这个新课题,不断探索尝试。调查摸底,推广“一串三”服务居家养老是个大课题,每个家庭的实际需求又有较大差异。我们调查发现,家庭经济状况是主要因素。针对这种状况,我们做了详细记录,对特别困难又急需帮扶的对象,遵循居家掏一点、政府贴一点、公司补一点的三三原则。
Founded in 2013, Shandong Zibo Shanzixuan Home Economics Services Co., Ltd. is a domestic service company that focuses on home-based pension. From the day the company was founded, we constantly explore and try around this new topic. Investigation thoroughly, to promote “a bunch of three” service home retirement is a major issue, each family’s actual demand there is a big difference. Our survey found that the economic status of the family is the main factor. In response to this situation, we made a detailed record of the particularly difficult and urgent need to help the object, follow the home dig a bit, the government affixed a bit, the company make up for a few three three principles.
