《人力资源管理》课程理论性和实践性特别强,安顺职院在教学中存在课程教学与企业发展脱节、单一授课与实践教学环节薄弱、学生了解人力资源管理工作的动力不足等问题。在教学实践中结合“S-ESE”模式的应用,采取第一层循环“感受+印象”、第二层循环“互动教学+一线实践”、第三层循环“案例教学+实践操作”方式,可以提升人才培养质量,达到校企双赢。
The course of Human Resource Management is particularly theoretical and practical. Anshun Vocational College has some problems in the teaching, such as the connection between the teaching of the course and the development of the enterprise, the weakness of the single teaching and practice teaching, and the lack of motivation for the students to understand the human resources management. In the teaching practice combined with the application of “S-ESE” mode, the first level of circulation “feeling + impression”, the second level of circulation “interactive teaching + first-line practice”, the third level of circulation “case Teaching + practical operation ”approach, we can enhance the quality of personnel training to achieve a win-win school-enterprise.
