随着计算机和信息技术的发展,档案管理日趋电子化和信息化。通过电子化和信息化管理,能够提高档案管理工作的效率,实现相关信息和数据共享,从而节约人力物力给档案管理工作注入新的活力。但由于信息技术的特殊性,电子档案的管理过程中存在的问题总是在所难免的。因此,近些年,档案工作者对电子文件和电子档案管理问题越来越关注。
With the development of computer and information technology, file management has become increasingly electronic and informative.
