观念是行动的灵魂,对教学起着指导和统率作用。新一轮的教学改革正在轰轰烈烈地进行,要想教学改革能有实效地、全方位地推进,首先必须树立全新的、与新教材相适应的、体现素质教育的新观念。本文试图从树立全新的教师角色观、正确的教学目标观、学习观、素质教育观、以人为本的教育理念、科学的发展观等方面作一浅探,以期适应新教材的教学要求,推进课程改革的进程,提高《德育》实效。
The concept is the soul of action and plays a guiding and dominant role in teaching. A new round of teaching reform is vigorously carried out.
